Prepared to order
Most orders are dispatched within 5 working days, although we aim to get your plaque on its way sooner whenever possible.
Dispatch is when your order is handed to the carrier. The carrier’s delivery journey follows dispatch; the five-working-day dispatch estimate is not a delivery-by date.
We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Bespoke lead times may differ and are agreed separately. If an order is expected to take materially longer than our normal dispatch estimate, we’ll contact you.
Tracking information is provided where available after dispatch. Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate. For delayed, lost or damaged deliveries, email foundryandgauge@gmail.com.
