Returns & order help
Because personalised pieces are produced specifically to the details you provide, they cannot normally be returned simply because you change your mind. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly produced or not as described.
If your plaque is faulty, damaged, incorrectly produced or materially different from what you ordered, email foundryandgauge@gmail.com so we can assess the issue and put it right. Include your order number, a description and photographs where relevant.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend or cancel an order. If production has not begun, we may be able to help; changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Please check your spelling, dates, numbers, artwork and any proof before approval. We cannot normally replace or refund an item correctly made from information you supplied or approved, without affecting your statutory rights.
For any non-personalised item not made to your specification, applicable statutory cancellation rights remain available. Contact us for help with a return.
If we produce wording differently from what you supplied or approved, that is an F&G production error. Please contact us so we can put it right.
Material character
Grain, tone, surface character, patina and engraving appearance can vary naturally between pieces. Natural variation is not automatically a defect, but this does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or does not match its description.
