Shipping policy

UK delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Tracked delivery costs £4.95 per order, not per plaque.

Made to order and dispatch

Our plaques are made to order. Most orders are dispatched within 5 working days. This is a dispatch estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date; delivery takes additional time after dispatch. If we expect a material delay, we will contact you. Bespoke lead times are agreed separately before ordering.

Tracking and delivery details

We will provide tracking information after dispatch. Please give a complete and accurate delivery address and email us promptly if you notice an error. Changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

If your order is delayed, missing or damaged, email foundryandgauge@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and put matters right in accordance with your consumer rights. You do not need to resolve a missing or damaged-order claim with the carrier instead of contacting us.
